Compressed Air Filters and Adsorbers
Contaminant removal products are critical to the effective design and performance of a compressed air or gas system. When properly applied and installed, they can be the difference that makes or breaks the quality of the compressed air or gas at point of use.
Small Flow Filters (35-100 scfm)
Improve the performance and protection of your compressed air and gas system with PPC's small flow filter line. Our small flow filter line consists of three sizes of "T" type housings designed for flows up to100 scfm at 100 psig. The housings are fabricated using epoxy coated aluminum for the 35 and 60 scfm sizes and epoxy coated carbon steel for the 100 scfm size. They feature our high performance air and gas filter cartridges.
Drop away canister access for simple element change-out
Stainless steel V-band locks head to housing with captive seal for removal and re-attachment
Buna N o-ring seals prevent leakage paths which permit contamination downstream
Corrosion resistant coatings for longer housing life
Low housing pressure drop saves dollars (1 psi pressure drop costs, on average, $67 per year per 100 scfm at 6¢ per kWh)
P-2000 Series High Performance Filters for Compressed Air & Gas (35 to 15,000 scfm)
State-of-the-art filtration media, CAD engineered designs and ISO 9001 manufacturing practices combine to produce the P-2000 Series of compressed air filter products. The result is a product unmatched in value-Long element life, high contaminant removal efficiencies and low differential pressure drop at a system price you can afford.
Contaminants in your compressed air and gas system dramatically increase your operating cost. Dirt, moisture, oil,
hydrocarbons, gases and bacteria aggressively attack, corrode and erode your piping system, controls, instruments and tools. Maintenance and repair costs escalate dramatically. P-2000 Series filters remove these harmful contaminants from your system utilizing the follow features:
Pleated filtration media used in both coalescing prefilters and particulate afterfilters, offering 6 to 9 times the surface area found in "wrapped" or "depth-style" elements
Coalescer liquid removal efficiency of 0.001 ppmw based on 20 ppmw challenge. Removes liquid aerosols down to 0.01 micron
Particulate filters have a 100% absolute removal rating down to 0.9 micron
Single element, aluminum housing design 35 to 1,200 scfm
Easy to read differential pressure gauge standard on all models
PCC Series Large Flow Filtration for Air and Gas (1,600 scfm and larger)
Fabricated from high-quality carbon steel, PCC Series Filters are welded to ASME standards to provide large flow applications with exceptional air quality and low pressure drop. Designed specifically for use with our high performance air and gas filter cartridges, these filters can be used alone or as prefilters and afterfilters. Durable and dependable, PCC Series protects your compressed air and gas system and enhances dryer performance.
Flanged lid allows easy filter cartridge access. No need to disconnect drain valve or other tubing when changing cartridges
Sturdy vessel support legs simplify piping installations
Multi-element, carbon steel housing design 1,600 to 15,000 scfm
Easy to read differential pressure gauge standard on all models
Low housing pressure drop saves dollars (1 psi pressure drop costs, on average, $67 per year per 100 scfm at 6¢ per kWh)
PCS Series Premium Filtration for Air and Gas (200 - 950 scfm)
Crafted from 304 stainless steel, PPC Series Filters stand up to critical applications and hostile environments that challenge common industrial grade filters. Designed specifically for use with PPC high performance air and gas filter cartridges, these filters can be used alone or as prefilters and afterfilters. These are standard equipment on most Pneumatic Products brand desiccant dryers. Known for durability and performance, PPC Series protects your compressed air and gas system and enhances dryer performance.
Simple top-load design for easy filter cartridge access. No need to disconnect drain valve or other tubing when changing cartridges
Stainless steel V-band locks cover to housing with captive seal for removal and attachment without tools
Stainless steel construction for longer housing life under adverse conditions
0-ring seals avoid leakage paths associated with tie-rod designs which permits contamination downstream
Low housing pressure drop saves dollars (1 psi pressure drop costs, on average, $67 per year per 100 scfm at 6¢ per kWh)
